DFAC Falcons 2007 Tryouts
Tryouts for the 2007 Competitive/Developmental teams will be held the week
of August 13th - 19th at Desert Arroyo Middle School in the gym. Desert A
rroyo is located at 33401 N. 56th Street, South of Carefree Highway. The
schedule for each age group is listed below.
3rd - 4th Grade Boys
Monday, August 13th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday, August 18th from 9:30am - 11:00am
5th - 6th Grade Boys
Tuesday, August 14th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday, August 18th from 11:30am - 1:00pm
7th - 8th Grade Boys
Wednesday, August 15th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Sunday, August 19th from 1:30pm - 3:00pm
5th-8th Grade Girls
Thursday, August 16th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Sunday, August 19th from 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time to check in. Do not bring
a basketball, all equipment will be provided by DFAC. Do bring plenty of water!
DFAC will form teams for the following age groups:
Boys 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Grades
Girls 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Grades
Teams will be formed for age groups that have a committed minimum number of players
willing to participate. Developmental teams may also be formed if their is sufficient
interest and DFAC can secure the needed gym time and coach/trainer availability.
Parents may stay and watch the tryouts but we ask that younger siblings not attend to
avoid distractions. Our trainers will not discuss the tryout performance of players.
We ask that you make these tryouts a priority over other activities. If you absolutely
